these terms, please do not use the platform.
Important: Your use of Zubydo indicates your acceptance of all terms outlined in this
agreement. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. About the Platform
Zubydo is a community-building platform operated by Apex Web Services and Online Education Pvt Ltd. The
platform allows users to:
- Join for free without any mandatory fees
- Build their network using referral codes
- Spinwheel credits shall be allocated to users based on successful pair formation within their team structure, subject to the platform’s criteria and conditions, which may be updated from time to time
- Track referrals, cashback, and milestones
3. Free Registration
Joining Zubydo is completely free of charge. Here's what you should know:
- No mandatory payment is required to register or use basic features
- Spinwheel credits are promotional in nature and are awarded based on eligibility criteria to play the game
- All core platform features are available to free users
- We do not require credit card information for free registration
4. Referral and Community Rules
Your Responsibilities
- Each user will receive a unique referral code upon registration
- You must promote your referral code ethically and legally
- Fake accounts, spam, or manipulation of referrals are strictly prohibited
- Any attempt to artificially inflate team members or referral counts is forbidden
Company's Rights
The company reserves the right to disqualify suspicious or fraudulent accounts without prior notice or
refund.
Zero Tolerance: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activities, spam,
or any misuse of the referral system.
5. Rewards Policy
Please understand the following about rewards on Zubydo:
- Spinwheel credits are awarded based on team-building activity and platform-defined criteria.
- Credits are promotional and participation does not guarantee any specific cash rewards.
- Point values, Spinwheel rewards, and availability may change at the sole discretion of the company without prior notice.
- The company retains the final authority on eligibility, allocation, and redemption of points.
- Cash transfer timelines may vary based on verification and processing procedures.
- Once points are redeemed for cash and transferred to the user’s account, they cannot be reversed, exchanged, or refunded.
- The company is not responsible for cash rewards announced by the merchants
- The company do not endorse or be responsible for the products or services offered by the merchants
- Merchants are free to modify or remove the cash rewards at in any point without any notice
Note: While we strive to honor Spinwheel credits and point redemptions, all points, rewards, and cash transfers remain subject to company discretion and availability
6. User Responsibilities
By using Zubydo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Not misuse the platform or its features
- Not engage in illegal, misleading, or harmful activities
- Follow all applicable laws and platform guidelines
- Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
- Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt platform functionality
- Not use bots, automated scripts, or any tools to artificially manipulate the system
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these terms and conditions
- Engages in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
- Misuses referral systems or platform features
- Violates community guidelines or conducts that harm other users
- Has been inactive for an extended period (as per company policy)
During suspension, your account will be frozen and you will not be able to access platform features or claim
pending rewards. Termination may result in permanent loss of account data and forfeiture of unclaimed gifts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Zubydo platform, including but not limited to:
- Branding, logos, and visual assets
- Text, images, videos, and multimedia content
- Platform design and functionality
- Referral codes and promotional materials
are the exclusive property of Apex Web Services and Online Education Pvt Ltd. These materials cannot be
copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in
legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zubydo provides services on a best-effort basis. The company is not liable for:
- Technical issues, server downtime, or temporary unavailability of services
- Loss of data due to user actions, device issues, or internet failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Delays in gift delivery or changes in gift availability
- Third-party service provider failures (payment processors, logistics partners, etc.)
Disclaimer: Users use Zubydo at their own risk. The company makes no warranties regarding
uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
10. Modifications to Terms
The company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to
users via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform after any updates indicates your
acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without
regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Zubydo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts in Telangana, India.
